About Us
Inhale courage. Exhale fear.
My yoga journey began during Covid, at a time when movement became both an outlet and a necessity. With gyms closed, yoga started as a physical practice—focused on strength, movement, and the asana itself. Over time, that practice evolved into something deeper. Yoga became a way to move through life with more confidence, clarity, and self-awareness, both on and off the mat.
I began teaching yoga in June 2024 and currently teach multiple classes each week. I also teach reformer Pilates, though TAG is a yoga-only practice. My background in strength training and fitness strongly influences how I teach, creating classes that feel empowering, athletic, and accessible.
Today, my teaching style is energetic, strength-forward, and rooted in functional movement. TAG classes incorporate power-based flows, controlled calisthenics, balance work, and strength-building sequences designed to challenge the body while staying accessible. Expect dynamic transitions, intentional holds, and opportunities to build strength using bodyweight and power flow—supported by breath, awareness, and choice.
Music plays a big role in the experience. Most classes are set to upbeat, energizing playlists that keep you moving and engaged. We begin with grounding breathwork and centering, and close with traditional elements of stillness and rest during savasana. The goal is balance—effort and ease, strength and softness, movement and pause.
Strength, challenge, and movement fulfill me. Gratitude fuels my practice and teaching, serving as a powerful source of motivation and creativity. It encourages growth, resilience, and the willingness to explore new edges—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
When I’m not practicing /teaching, I’m skiing, running, lifting weights, prioritizing protein, or cheering on my teen daughters at volleyball and basketball games.
TAG was created from a personal practice — writing weekly intentions — and evolved into something meant to be shared. It’s movement with meaning, minus the pressure to be anything other than human.
I consider myself incredibly fortunate to guide others on their own yoga journeys. My intention is always to exceed expectations by offering thoughtful programming, clear instruction, and an energetic, welcoming space where students feel supported and empowered.
Yoga is light—once lit, it never dims. The better you practice, the brighter the flame.
TAG. You're it.
